Special tribute to moms who ruled last Saturday. The rain never stopped and it brought out the maternal or was it the predatory instincts from the moms. Both Assunta and Ina must have scored at least 4 tries each. Assunta was very effective at the wing and if she had caught less fish, she would have easily gotten 6 to 7 tries.
Meanwhile Ina was scoring away at the link with several dives and perfectly timed switches with Mr Roderick. Jeera, however was giving away tries letting the handsome Prince of Touch (Hish) through her gap with a big smile. Igor got a bit jealous and Grant was seen shaking his head.
All in all. the ladies dominated one way or the other.
The vets will need to buck and speaking which, FIT is looking for players who can commit play in the 2019 Touch World Cup. Those interested, please email the FIT Admin soonest.
