Land of the Rising Sun

The sun was up as can be seen from the clear blue sky. 8 players emerged from the land of rising Sun, and amongst them a precious and rare Japanese blossom; many were smitten. What a coincidence, our new Prime Minister is also in Japan to build up bilateral ties. I guess we will see more of our Japanese friends soon. Again for two weeks in a row, we had two fields playing for about 45 minutes then back to 1 field as the pack of footballers arrive. I guess this is the unwritten protocol here in Rimba Kiara, where we use two fields from 4 to 5pm and one field from 5 to 6pm as fatigue and the pinnacle catches up on numbers. So please arrive early next week.

Some awesome plays from David Rodderick weaving his magic, with Hish and Bryan finishing of tries at will. Assunta and kids joined by the Rodderick junior's had a whale of a time at the seniors pitch while Igor and Ogilby drag shackles at the beginners pitch. Some great dancing moves seen from our HK friend Jessie, i used to dance like that once upon a time but gave up trying to impress girls as it only excites the likes of Grant and Brucey - careful boys.

So this Saturday at Rimba Kiara again and i have to work really hard to get a pass from my wife for a green pass - it's hari Raya for God's sake. Speaking of that, we from KL Touch wishes all Muslims Selamat Hari Raya. It is a time for forgiveness and seeking for forgiveness.

I wish to do the same for all the unkind words on and off the pitch- warranted or not, i still seek your forgiveness. For this who aren't celebrating, please do - it's a public holiday so go on celebrate life and enjoy yourself.

See you this Saturday.
