Ohana means Family

Awesome run last Saturday, there weren't as many as previous week as a few of us had to leave early. Assunta and family came down just for a 45 minutes run and then had to rush off for an open house - exemplary dedication and priority to what matters most.

Our friends from the rising Sun, came in strength after a heart breaking lost to Belgium in the world cup first round knockouts - we feel deeply for them as they worked their heart out but alas no cigar. We had two new comers, (two Japanese ladies) but after few minutes of play with the some of the junior's , they were up to speed with the rest of us.

Some crazy intercepts and runs from Lucka pairing well with Ina. Igoe had a spirited run which eventually inspired the England football team to win over the uninspired Swedes. The President were keeping up with a couple of intercepts and out of this world passes (Grant will disagree), but had to retiree 10 minutes short before full time due to a torn calf muscle - it was that intense believe you me.

It was awesome to see our local boys and girls from Tuesday touch, Chut, Mariam and the celebrity couple. Good to have Munira and Jilek back after long break, they still got the skills but not really the fitness... ahem. We also had a few kids turn up, Sharleez, scored a maiden try after being 6 weeks away.

See u all again this Saturday but meanwhile, enjoy the picture taken at the end of the Touch session.

We should do more of these wefies.
